These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 777vx platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager. By accessing 777vx, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 777vx. Age verification is enforced at registration and during KYC. Underage use is strictly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one active 777vx account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated tools, or exploitation of software errors is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
All transactions on 777vx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani banks are subject to the limits and processing times stated in the Cashier section.
It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 777vx is lawful in their local jurisdiction. 777vx does not provide legal advice regarding local laws.
777vx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Use of the 777vx platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 777vx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement cannot be satisfied.
2.2 You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is unlawful at the time of accessing the 777vx platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of 777vx is lawful under the laws of your local jurisdiction. 777vx does not represent, warrant, or advise that use of its services is legal in any particular location.
2.3 The following individuals are not eligible to use 777vx Services:
3.1 To access real-money services on 777vx, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 777vx. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, any balances being forfeited, and any winnings being voided.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 777vx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 777vx support immediately.
3.4 777vx may, at its discretion, require you to complete KYC verification at any point. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restriction of withdrawals or account suspension.
3.5 Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the 777vx Privacy Policy in their entirety.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 777vx platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777vx accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Available payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as specified in the Cashier section and are subject to change. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification.
4.4 777vx reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant account will be reviewed and the Player notified.
4.5 Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. 777vx is not a financial institution. Account balances do not accrue interest. Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately.
5.1 All bets placed on 777vx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within the platform at the point of placing a bet or entering a game.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or event rules.
5.3 Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless an obvious error has occurred. 777vx reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
5.4 For live in-play sports betting, 777vx accepts bets based on the information available at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event due to technical delay are void.
5.5 Casino game outcomes — whether via live dealer or certified RNG — are final once the round is completed. No claims regarding alleged technical faults will be accepted after the round has concluded unless the fault is verifiable by 777vx system logs.
5.6 777vx reserves the right to suspend or restrict markets, games, or individual accounts without notice where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing involvement, or technical exploitation.
6.1 From time to time, 777vx may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to eligible players at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
6.3 777vx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse a bonus or promotion at any time where it reasonably believes the player is abusing the promotion, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6.4 Players who have self-excluded or have active account restrictions are not eligible to claim bonuses.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777vx platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 777vx is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered players via account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion may be requested for a minimum period of 30 days and a maximum of permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the player may not create a new 777vx account. 777vx will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion where notified.
8.3 If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing financial or personal harm, you are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account or contact 777vx support to activate a cooling-off period immediately.
8.4 777vx strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. If you are aware of an underage person accessing the platform, please notify 777vx support immediately.
9.1 All content on the 777vx platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 777vx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
9.3 Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of 777vx platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777vx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.
10.2 777vx does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 777vx's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 777vx will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
10.3 You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 777vx does not guarantee any outcome in connection with the use of its services.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 777vx platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 12 shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
11.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
